New Beginnings

Hello Friends,

In the Northern Hemisphere, the Spring Equinox marks the day of equal hours of daylight and darkness. As the Earth begins to come alive again, we transition into longer days and warmer temperatures. 

This is a time for renewal and growth. It is also a time for self-reflection, an opportunity to take stock of our lives and make positive changes.

Are you ready to create a new reality? 

Pick one area of your life that you want to prioritize in bringing about positive changes. Maybe it’s health, wealth, family, intimate relationships, friends, your home, job, or other.

1. Grab a pen and paper.

2. Once you have your specific area of desired transformation chosen, ask yourself, “If I could have it completely my way, what would this area look like?” Visualize the outcome of your desired goal and feel the emotions of having it all your way.

3. Write down everything that comes up. Describe what it looks like, feels like, is anyone else around, and any other details that come to mind. This is your Ultimate Goal Outcome so Dream Big!

4. Notice if there are any themes or repeating words calling your attention. Anything surprise you? Are you able to translate some of your thoughts into actionable steps that you can take?

5. On a separate sheet of paper, write out your Ultimate Goal, the area of your life you want to prioritize, and the result(s) you are seeking.

6. Under your Ultimate Goal, write out as many bite-size and realistic steps that will bring you closer to this goal. Don’t worry, you are not doing them all at once. 

7. Each morning, write out a minimum of one daily step that you can take that day to bring you closer to your goal.  

8. At the end of the day, take a few moments to reflect on what you did to move closer to your goal and celebrate your follow through.

By following these steps, you will be setting in motion the changes necessary to manifest your goals. You are now actively creating the life of your dreams!
